Beyond simple trimming threads and removing stains, our finishing workflow is designed to guarantee every garment meets strict quality standards for outdoor wear.
Our dedicated finishing team handles all final cosmetic work after sewing is completed.
Workers carefully cut loose threads on both the exterior and interior of garments. We check seams, pocket edges, zipper openings, underarm vents, and all small detail areas to remove stray threads. No leftover thread ends will remain on the finished product.
During production, minor dirt, oil marks, or fabric smudges may appear. Our finishing team inspects every piece one by one. We use safe, fabric-friendly cleaning methods to wipe off surface stains without damaging the fabric, coating, waterproof membrane, or printed logos. For high-performance outdoor fabrics (2.5L shell, recycled nylon, PFAS-free DWR-treated fabric), we apply special gentle cleaning solutions to preserve fabric functionality.
After trimming and cleaning, each piece goes through a full visual inspection. We check for fabric defects, sewing flaws, color differences, pressing marks, and leftover marks. Non-conforming items will be picked out for rework.
Qualified garments are pressed neatly, then sorted and packed as per customer requirements before shipment.
